We will now gladly ship our wines to your home or office anywhere in Massachusetts.  We will add other states as they become available to us, but for now we are limited to Massachusetts.

Shipping charges are listed below.

Wine deliveries can be made in packages containing:

              3 bottles,  shipping $16.50

              6 bottles, shipping  $18.50

            12 bottles, shipping  $21.50

As always, take advantage of our quantity discounts of 5% for 6 bottles and 10% for 12 bottles.  (wine purchase only) Wine bottle prices are listed on our Wine Page.  We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Shipping and Legal Notice (Please read)

Wine deliveries will made by FedEx ground, with most Massachusetts locations, customers will receive their wine within 1 business day.  We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.  Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to process before we ship.  Please make sure an adult will be available to sign for shipments at the "Ship To" address during business hours. For that reason we recommend using a business address. FedEx will not leave a package containing alcohol without a legal signature. 

All wine orders must be placed and received by a person 21 years of age or older.

Massachusetts law requires an adult signature at the time of delivery. Failure to produce age verification upon request by FedEx, forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced.  If an adult is not available for delivery, FedEx will reschedule the delivery only one more time. If once again, an adult is unavailable to receive the goods upon this rescheduled delivery, the order will be shipped back to us at your expense. You are responsible for all shipping charges unless we agree otherwise.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we send you the wrong wine item.

Please Note:  You are likely to receive your shipment sooner if an adult will be available to sign for shipments at the Ship To address during business hours. For that reason we recommend using a business address.

 Due to the changing of direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. We will contact you by phone if your order is negatively affected by new shipping regulations.

Our Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction with our Wine. If you are not satisfied with your purchased wine, you may return it. Send the returned product to us at the address on the invoice, appropriately packaged and shipping prepaid. Include the invoice indicating which item you are returning (e.g. by circling it) and an explanation of why you are returning it. For refunds, the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill.
